3. Pricing

- Company pricing
- Applicable GST and taxes
Prices displayed at the time of booking shall generally apply unless revised by statutory
authorities before delivery.
4. Payments
Payments may be made through:
- UPI
- Credit / Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Cash (where permitted)
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic
- Government restrictions
- Stock availability
- Safety concerns
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate delivery details.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the cylinder.
- Verify the cylinder seal before acceptance.
- Report leakage immediately.
- Follow all LPG safety instructions.
7. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for losses arising from:
- Incorrect customer information
- Delayed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances
- Misuse of LPG products
- Customer negligence
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject
to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
