Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: 11 Aug 2026
1. LPG Cylinders
Due to safety regulations, delivered LPG cylinders cannot be returned after acceptance
except in the following situations:
- Damaged cylinder
- Leakage detected upon delivery
- Wrong product delivered
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued when:
- Payment is deducted but booking fails.
- Order is cancelled before dispatch.
- Delivery cannot be completed due to our operational reasons.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Customer refuses delivery after dispatch without valid reason.
- Incorrect delivery information was provided.
- Cylinder has already been accepted.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5 to 10 business days,
depending on the payment method and banking partner.
5. Replacement
Damaged or leaking cylinders will be replaced after inspection in accordance with
applicable safety procedures.
Replacement is generally completed within 48 to 72 hours of the
complaint being verified.
Exceptions: The replacement window may be extended without liability
to us in the event of:
- Bottling plant closure or supply disruption from HPCL / IOCL / BPCL
- Declared national or state holidays
- Riots, curfew, or civil unrest
- Any other force majeure or "Act of God" event (floods, earthquakes, cyclones, pandemics, etc.)
Replacement will resume as soon as normal operations are restored.
